"Culture Link" aims to ensure the proper environment for building solid partnerships for future youth projects in Erasmus+, mainly focused on enhancing competencies of youngsters and of youth workers using culture as a tool for social change, investment in youth and our community. In this additional step in Erasmus + youth projects, we believe that we need to address issues that are priority for our organization and which concern our younger beneficiaries. Therefore, our project is focused on culture, to create solid partnerships in future youth projects with a cultural focus on personal development. The "Culture Link" aims to provide a suitable environment for building strong partnerships for future youth projects under the Erasmus + program, focusing primarily on empowering young people, using culture as a tool for social change. Encoding concepts of Intercultural Dialogue, Cultural Heritage and Youth Activity, the project has the following objectives: - to develop strong Erasmus + projects focusing on the use of culture as a tool for improving the skills of young people and young workers - to kick-start long-term partnerships between youth organizations and youth workers with focus on cultural activities for the development of youth - to provide the appropriate environment for the exchange of experiences and ideas of common interest - to explore common needs and solutions offered by the Erasmus + program for youth cultural projects
