This project's aim is to promote intercultural dialogue, to exchange knowledge, to share experiences about reducing, handling and dealing with stressful moments, to connect people from different European countries, to create attentiveness for themselves and to let participants start to think more critically towards the interaction between the environment, the society and their own impact. They get a better understanding of the environment and be able to reflect their actings and their influences on others. Furthermore, this project wants to achieve a movement for more initiatives of using outdoor education and non-formal education to plan more projects in Europe. To make a difference in the general hurried way of living not in the moment, we need to start by single individuals to reach more people. They will be strengthened in their attentiveness, attitudes and earn social, intercultural and communication skills. The objectives of this project are: - supporting individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competencies through physically, psychologically and social challenges, which will create more sense of responsibility and mindfulness in dealing with people, society and environment. They will get support in their personal development. - giving priority to actions that help address diversity and promote ownership of shared values such as equality, including gender equality, non-discrimination, and social inclusion. The actions will build upon experiential learning and group experiences including reflection, discussion, and methods which will be manageable for everyone. - using non-formal and experiential learning to create the possibility of lifelong learning and learning by doing to support individual skills development, social inclusion, and critical thinking.
