We achieved a noticeable increase of participant knowledge and skills on the topics of their national political field, European political field and the theme of public speaking in general. In addition, the organizing personnel from all the participating countries got an amazing experience through managing the participant group and all the activities during the main activity. This opportunity has increased the level of ability not only among participants, but all the facilitators and coordinators, who feel more comfortable taking similar tasks in the future. We have brought together so many like-minded people, who will also continue working together: on participating organisation level and on individual level as well. As we state that our participants improved in the field of politics and public speaking, we did our best to empower them to go through with their ideas after the project. Not only the probability that they will continue as a politically active youth with better critical thinking skills has increased, but also their awareness in the field of gender equality, minority inclusion and youth inactivity in social and political sphere has improved. Our project's objectives were to address the issue of youth inactivity in European political field. Show light on the issue of inequality and inequity between men and women in Europe. And to work on how to improve the minority inclusion into Erasmus+ programme.
