We want to implement this project because we generally do not talk enough about the competences that young people from the countryside have and the possibilities that the rural environment offers in order to create a quality labor market there. In line with the 6th European Youth Goal, a step forward for rural youth we would like to present young rural people the key competences in the labor market and which competences are expected in the future. Because rural people do have a lot of skills and competences, but they are difficult to develop because of the distance from urban centers and from all the possibilities for career development. Through the implementation of the project, we want to: - identify the key competences and skills of people working in rural areas. - Find opportunities for achieving quality conditions for development and strengthening of work in the countryside. - Discover and strengthen competences, as individuals and as a community member (solidarity is strengthened as a value). - Promote awareness of the importance of innovation and the preservation of a tradition for sustainable rural development. - Strengthen the European identity of rural people and recognize the importance of being Europeans. Our project goals are: - to provide the foundations for an effective learning process for young people from rural areas with regard to job opportunities in rural areas. - To familiarize participants with the objectives of sustainable development of the Agenda 2030 and the EU youth goals. - To familiarize participants with a common understanding of rural realities about employment opportunities. - To introduce the participants to key concepts and definitions of quality employment and entrepreneurship. - To inform participants about the issue of digitization in job creation. - Provide participants with practical knowledge and experience in the sustainable use of rural resources. - Create a space for the development of quality and innovative jobs in rural areas.
