Through the implementation of the project, we want to improve the quality of youth work and educate youth workers who will be able to perform this quality youth and project work. As a main activity, we will conduct a conference, the main purpose of which is to gather participants from partner organizations and other stakeholders in one place, who will jointly represent and debate on youth and project work. The discussions will be aimed at sharing the experience gained in the project and youth work. And this is about the problems, inconveniences and mistakes that have happened to them. In this way, the participants will share their experiences with each other and directly, which are not in principle spoken or not published. There are always examples of good practices or examples of completed projects. By implementing the activities, we want to encourage dialogue and the transfer of experience in the course of project implementation. In addition to the above-mentioned problems and mistakes, the participants will also share experiences on how to deal with emerging situations, on crisis management of projects. The ultimate and long-term goal of this activity is to improve and raise the quality of youth and project work and educate youth workers to work on projects and in the youth sector.
