We want to carry out the Tabor Ane Plamenite project because we believe that it responds to the needs of young people, motivating them for creative socializing in the public space, and enabling them to acquire competences and skills that can improve their educational and / or employment opportunities. The aim of the project is to bring together 16 young individuals who come from different cultural and social backgrounds and have different needs and abilities. The aim is for young people to acquire key competences in the context of individual creation and work in the group, in order to express their ideas, implement them through artistic expression, and empathically establish communication with other participants, regardless of the differences between them. It is also an important goal that the participants in the project are more competent, easier to employ, more aware, more effective, more active, more powerful, more tolerant and rich with an experience that encourages their own development and cooperation with other people in the home environment, as in the international.
