The main goal of the project was to empower youth workers to strengthen their competences for performing their role in youth work through researching their own thinking and responsible action in the community. At the same time, by disseminating the acquired knowledge, within their own organization after the completion of the project, they enable the development and growth of the work quality of the entire organization with an emphasis on the concept of growth. The specific objectives of the project were: - Creation of a video showing the entire course of the simulation. We included interviews with youth workers who expressed their thoughts on possible solutions or the incorporation of the principles of adulthood into youth work; - Develop with youth workers their own idea and collective vision of how they want to work in the youth sector in the future (with an emphasis on on sustainability); - Increase the knowledge, skills and competences of participants through the promotion of informal learning of youth workers by addressing the relevant challenges we face in Europe (e.g. climate change). All this will have a positive impact on active citizenship and awareness of the European identity and interconnectedness of youth workers.
