Objectives

Through the "Red card for social exlusion" project, we want young people through sports to promote diversity, dialogue, tolerance and a sense of initiative by promoting calls against the radicalization of young people. There is a huge gap in performance between social protection systems in different EU countries. Through the project, we want to explore opportunities for cooperation and tools to help young people experiencing social exclusion and radicalization through sport in individual countries. This will enable young people and youth workers and educators to be trained in new projects and methods that are necessary for the transfer of the common core values of our society, especially for young people who face economic, geographical obstacles with exclusion. This will help prevent the onset of violent radicalization and extremism through the project. The purpose of the project "Red card for social exlusion" is to promote, teach and develop values such as acceptance, equality, tolerance, commitment, engagement, care, compassion and empathy. The objectives of the project are: - to raise awareness and equip young people involved in the project, how to promote teamwork through sport, - intercultural learning and accountability, - alert stakeholders and society about problems that do not belong to and along the sports grounds; - to raise awareness of the importance of sport and the way they are used to influence certain social issues, such as the integration of refugees, religious and ethnic discrimination, and inclusion in multicultural debates, - develop skills and competences and create new partnerships across Europe.
