Objectives

The project "One Europe One Future" was created to connect the youth from different circumstances. Within the project will meet 36 young people from 6 countries: Slovakia, Turkey, Poland, Lithuania, Czech republic and Romania. The community and tourists from Stará Lesná will have chance to get to know and work together with young people from different countries, languages and cultures in Europe and vice versa during 7 days .It's an inclusive project, there fore there will be included youth with lower opportunities, educational obstacles and social obstacles as well as youth without any of these obstacles to show, that everybody can work and act together. Through several activities in the field of informal education the youth will be motivated to act not just in their own private life, but in the public field as well. They also will learn how to use modern technologies, how to get integrated in teams, how to cooperate and increase their solidarity, teamwork skills, accpetance and tolerance. Inclusion and integration are the strongest aspects of this project. This will improve the English skills of each of the particpants in reading, speaking and writing. To create a safe space for discussion of questions in the field of the critical thinking – that to think critically is necessary not only when reading a newspaper, watching news but also in everyday life. Point out the problematic situation of Roma, to highlight and support the cooperation between young Roma and non-Roma, to find what connects them, to cope with stereotypical ideas about their nations, to find new friends from other countries, to know something about the foreign culture and language and to support the healthy lifestyle and sport focusing on the physical and mental health. Inclusion and integration are the strongest aspects of this project. The project language will be English. It's concentrated on the cooperation of several groups of young people, youth with lower opportunities and special needs and people across the cultures. We want to break the barriers and to improve inclusion by solidarity, creativity, informal education and supporting one another. All of the participants will have the chance to learn more about the lifestyle, culture and individual abilities from each other. All of them will be integrated in the project's team and will have the chance to discuss about his/her feelings and wishes. Friendships will be built and differences will get lost. There will be created presentations during the youth exchange, made photos, presentations, the survey which they will realise in their home communities, public theater performance, bulletin and short videos. All of the participants will learn one from each other. Traditions will be presented and culture will be brought nearer to each other. The project's name "One Europe One Future"was created in accordance with the projects aims - to get toghether, connect youth with several circumstances and motivate them to stand up and act together. We believe that emotionally strongest meeting will happen within the Living Library, where the books will be represented also by persons from our partner organizations and participants. The outputs of the project will be shared by foreign partner organizations and our friendly organizations. For many participants the project will be their first foreign and international experience. The programme will be built –up from by various methods of non-formal education ( discussion, role games, Boal theater forum, creative activities, workshops, movement activities, dance and singing , work with camera and video, living library and others). We believe, that participants will be able to create a coherent cooperating team, from which will originate friendships that will continue also after the official ending of the project.
