The aim of our project is to increase the quality of education of adult workers, who work with children and youth, but also of professionals that work in educational sector, to provide them opportunities to educate each other and to build a strategic partnership. We want to aim on acquiring the skills that are obtained out of formal educational system, on increasing the availability of adult education and on improving the skills of Slovak and Ukrainian citizens. Our project includes exchange of employees between organisations that educate children and youth, cooperation through exchanging experiences and well-established practices and fulfilment of European policy in educational sector. In this project we accentuated education for sustainable development in connection with EU strategies and policies, solidarity for third world countries. Aims of our project: mutual coordination, sharing better practice in non-formal education sphere, development of youth workers, mutual awareness of youth needs, supporting tools, support of cooperation Experience the activity on your own to perceive the meaning of own work as satisfaction. Find new ways of innovative approaches to youth work. Our next goal is to make a work that workers do more meaningful, so the workers do not stay shallow and experience the burnout syndrome.
