The project was based on the need to strengthen the capacities of organizations working with young people to move towards greater sustainability and internal stability. Often, organizations simply do not have time to develop systematically, to build their foundations, to talk about a common mission, vision and values. Very often they also experience a high turnover of people, which is typical for the youth sector, because due to the rush of work, they do not have time to pay attention to people and systematically develop them, even though people (employees and volunteers) are the most valuable thing that organizations have. The current era also places great demands on youth organizations to be innovative, to use new methods and trends, and to be able to compete with other organizations and offers for young people. Together with our partners, we prepared a project that focused on internal functioning Organizations to help them develop and move towards greater sustainability. Organizations are often aware of this need, but they lack professional support for this process so that they do not get lost in it. This was exactly what the impact of this project was supposed to be - to learn how to improve the quality of internal processes, and to apply the acquired knowledge in one's own organizations. The main aim of this project was to strengthen the capacities of organizations working with young people to move towards greater internal stability and sustainability, and thus to increase the impact of their work on young people. Specific objectives of the project: To help youth organizations set their mission, vision and values that will be shared by everyone in the organization. Support organizations to effectively use their human resources (both employees and volunteers) and to create an environment for their self-development and personal and professional growth. To help organizations set up effective internal processes using project management. To present organizations with innovative tools that they can use for their development.
