Objectives

“Business inspirator” was a project based on the needs young people in the communities where our partners came from where entrepreneurship and business was very tempting topic among the youngsters, they are interested, but on a very general level. Most of our youth workers lack skills, knowledge and tools to support these young people and encourage them to start up a business. Making Europe more business-friendly and helping young people transform their creative ideas into successful business plans by removing the barriers to entrepreneurship has many potential benefits, including direct and indirect job creation and development of human capital and new skills. Based on the model of youth mentoring, this training explores how entrepreneurship mentoring can influence the entrepreneurial intentions of young people. For that reasons we set several objectives we wanted to reach: - To raise the awareness of entrepreneurship by training youth workers to pass the knowledge, skills and resources to young people in their communities; - To enhance creativity that brings innovation in entrepreneurship by presenting examples from thebusiness world; - To equip youth workers with tools for promoting entrepreneurial attitude among youngsters; - To get an overview of entrepreneurship opportunities in different European countries; - To equip youth workers with resources for business funding; - To provide youth workers the needed knowledge on proper structure of business pitch with the purpose to get "YES" from angel investors; - To introduce Erasmus+ Programme to youth workers as a possible tool for developingentrepreneurial attitude and skills amongst young people (transnational youth initiatives, youth exchanges).
