Objectives

The venue of project: Denizli The date of project: 18-22 November 2018 (20 November The World Child Right Day) Project content/background New generations which have big impact on future of society, to have physical and mental health and also to be aware of their values, and to use these values for benefit of humanity are closely related to the conditions to be provided to them. Considering the child as an individual and approach that integrates the child's interests with the society's interests gives us the idea that the child is the future of the society. To educate the children as responsible, aware and qualified individuals is important for the future of society. As an individual, every child should benefit from fundamental rights and freedoms, social and economic rights and these rights constitute essence of the child policies which will be developed. We prepared this project to raise awareness of children rights with our partners. In the 1959 Convention on the Right of the Child, there is a declaration as ‘All Children Are Ours". What we understand from this sentence is that we want to understand children trying to serve the world with their tiny bodies, big eyes and duties heavier than the whole world from the furthest places on Earth, who live next to us, who are our neighbors, who live in suburbs or at an intercity bus station, at industrial sites... We would like to show that; while we and our children are in our warm beds in the depth of winter, the other children trying to fall asleep at the ATM booths, only with a piece of carton under them, without any covers or blankets, trying to stay away from their fears by hugging their dogs or older brothers instead of hugging their mothers, are ALSO OUR CHILDREN. For this reason, together with our partners, we have prepared our project in order to increase awareness of children's rights and to raise awareness about the issue. Our objectives To raise awareness of the importance of children's rights To raise awareness for everyone to recognize and respect children's rights To make youth people aware about children rights To increase the recognition of the children's rights convention To allow different cultures to know each other To eliminate the prejudices To involve participants in the Erasmus Plus project who has limited opportunity. To make the Erasmus plus program is more widespread.
