The Justice Academy of Türkiye is the only institution in Türkiye responsible for the training of candidate judges and prosecutors. All judges and prosecutors receive training at the Justice Academy of Türkiye before they are appointed. The participants of the project are candidate judges and prosecutors. The main objective of the project is to familiarize candidate judges and prosecutors with the French judicial system and thus to enable participants to identify the similarities and differences between the French judicial system and the judicial system of our country. Another objective of the project is to bring together the participants with French candidate judges and prosecutors studying at ENM and gain experience at international level. Lastly, the project is important as it has allowed candidate judges and prosecutors to get to know the French culture and expand their vision.
