The Global Entrepreneurship Index looks at how each country in the world allocates resources to promote entrepreneurship. In the top 5 countries in the 2017 GEI ranking; USA, Switzerland, Canada, Sweden, and Denmark. The United States; In 2014, 2015 and 2016, a total of 9 billion dollars of resources were allocated to STEM education for the training of new Techno-Entrepreneurs in the country. Other European countries ranked outside the US also transferred similar resources to STEM. The reason for this is the desire of the US to create new Techno-Entrepreneurs who will build new companies such as Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook. The situation is the same in Europe.
