The right to life is a fundamental human right, and being healthy is a prerequisite. Health is not only in terms of disease and disability, but also physical, mental and social well-being. Therefore, health is a fundamental right and need for every individual, but for some reason, some individuals may be disabled. Both of raising the awareness of society in Turkey in solving the problems of visually impaired young people and social life in Europe, we thought it would be a great contribution. Because, in the social, the visually impaired is approached with the logic that cannot work in the working life. In this case, they cause them to be isolated from social life and to be insufficient in social relations. Therefore, with this project, young people will gain awareness about the problems of the visually impaired and feel comfortable with the spiritual. The problems we have identified in the preparation stage of the project are as follows and an action plan has been prepared with the contributions of the partners for these problems: According to the data obtained from the research, young people are not sensitive to the problems of the visually impaired. They also do not have sufficient knowledge of the activities carried out in this area. Young people lack empathy and remain passive in solving the problems of the visually impaired because of the low rate of visual disability. In light of this information, the overall objective of our project is to strengthen the role of young people in solving the problems of the visually impaired. In order to achieve this main goal, some specific targets have been identified; -To create empathy for young people with vision. -To prepare new solutions to reduce the problems of the visually impaired. -To improve awareness of the local people towards the problems of visually impaired people.
