Youth (Participation, Youth Work, Youth Policy)Early School Leaving / combating failure in education

Objectives

The aim of our project is to develop the knowledge and skills about "stress management" of young educators in the field of non-formal education in Europe The researches that come up to the point of early termination of school due to the stress that young people in school age have to cope with the most and their lives in almost all areas of life, The reasons for abandoning the school are explained by reasons such as low income, familial pressures, unemployment, guilty, incompatible and anti-social behaviors, depressive mood, stress, failure of stress, suicide, lack of bonds with society and low self esteem. Many of the data we have obtained from our "school early leave" training course projects that we have already done are the result of the fact that the "stress" which affects almost every day in our daily lives is also very influential on the students as one of the main reasons underlying school dropout, . Children and young people also experience stress like adults. This stress may be due to many different influences. For example, it is stressful not to be successful in school, to build new friendships, to protect existing friendships, and to do things that parents and teachers think they are expecting from them. Unmanaged stress results in: - Escaping from school, absenteeism, failure in classes, leaving school. - The idea of escape from home or attempted - Intolerance, sudden screaming, complaining, crying or nervous breakdowns - Alcohol or substance use - withdrawal, difficulty in communication, not spending time with friends - To show careless, careless, risky behaviors The fact that young people do not have the knowledge and skills to manage their own stress is the most important factor that triggers failure. From this point, it is of utmost importance that the stress management approach is transferred to the youth at risk by the youth workers We have participants in our project. We would like to involve participants who are motivated to increase their knowledge and awareness in stress, stress management, early school abandonment of our participants, participants who are willing to work in a multicultural environment, the development of positive awareness of different cultures and the willingness of participants to upgrade their intercultural dialogue skills. In our training course proposal, we took care to ensure that our participants have developed in the areas of "Communication on the mainland, communication on the foreign language, digital skills, learning to learn, social skills, method generation, entrepreneurship, cultural awareness". Reflective Groups will be gathered at the end of each day so that participants can analyze the development of knowledge, skills and behavior in this area in a more detailed way and they will share their feelings and learning outcomes. We learned from the fact that early leaving school, which is one of the biggest problems of the past, is directly related to the stresses of life, and that the anxiety of failure is not met by expectations and the future concerns combine to leave the school at school. We wanted to create a project to improve the knowledge and skills of trainers working with young people in the field of non-formal education in Europe on "stress management", which is the biggest problem of modern times. We will work with our experienced youth workers in our project to improve the quality of sustainability and the way in which stress management should be and the quality of the work carried out for the problem of early abandonment of the school. The fact that young people do not have the knowledge and skills to manage their own stress is the most important factor that triggers failure. From this point, it is of utmost importance that the stress management approach is transferred to the youth at risk by the youth workers. In order to achieve our goal, we will receive help from experienced trainers, experienced civil society organizations that will shed light on our knowledge and expertise in areas that will provide us with information. Participants will meet with young people the methods they will learn and design during the project. Partner organizations participating in the project will have increased their institutional capacity within the scope of non-formal education activities. The partner organizations that will be encouraged to do more local work for the disadvantaged target group will also increase their experience and capacity in civil society-organized educational cooperation as they will cooperate with the schools at the same time. Youth workers who are trained in our project are planning to educate young people under risk of abandonment who are target groups to stress their management. We will prepare new methods for these trainings and this time they will be evaluating participants in the local area
