Children and young people in the past, physical, mental, emotional, social skills to develop street games, sports branches to help while there is not much left to do on this issue today. Our project was inspired by the World Health Organization's reports that today's youth and children are staying away from physical activity. Today's children and youth are growing up in apartments and on the internet, and their participation in regular sports activities is also low. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), physical inactivity of children ranks fourth among the risk factors for death worldwide, and it has negative effects on their physical, mental and social lives. Again, according to WHO (2013), being overweight and obese in childhood also causes problems such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, movement system problems, mental problems, school failures and low self-esteem. It was explained that they should do moderate and vigorous physical activity for at least 60 minutes in total. These and similar benefits are among the policy documents of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in our country, as well as among the most important targets of the policy documents on which the sports support of the EU is based.
