The general objectives of the program and the aim of bringing together youth workers in the town twinning communities "Linden greets Linden" was successfully achieved. It is particularly important that the partner organizations have the appropriate staff available to organize youth exchanges. The specialists present were able to exchange ideas and gather new ideas and experiences. They were able to equip themselves with skills and methods for their professional development. In particular, dealing with new media also promoted digital competence. The professional development of the participating youth work professionals contributes to high-quality youth work in the partner organizations and has an influence on the daily work of the participants.
