Mapping Tools provided professional and personal development to creative professionals working with young people. The project supported participants interested in exploring the intersection of arts culture and education in a European context. It encouraged those with a curiosity about culturally specific practices. The project was a Training Course that involved participants in an extensive week of activities to provide a professional framework that improved the quality of the work of the participants' organisations. Participants developed competences with the support of the trainers who planned a non-formal education training activity. All participants were able to develop skills across several competences through engaging with participants from other countries, taking part in workshops, and developing their reflection and evaluation skills.
