There are two main objectives to this project: Firstly we want to enhance and expand the knowledge of youth workers from this partnership, to include a more holistic approach to health and lifestyle choices, thus allowing them to offer a more holistic methodology within their community. This will be achieved by the sharing of knowledge and experience from the different participants who are experts in their respective fields. The second objective is for this information and knowledge to be shared with the target groups (youth) in each of the partner communities and beyond. This also includes working with parent-teacher organisations, teachers, parents, schools and other organisation within the communities and even in other countries. By sharing this knowledge with the target groups, we will ensure a great impact on the target groups, allowing young people to make more informed choices and ultimately to reduce the amount of diseases, which are preventable, people suffer over time.
