The main purpose of the exchange is to provide an opportunity for intercultural communication and learning, by enhancing the individual competencies of each participant by acquiring knowledge of a healthy lifestyle and its beneficial impact on full existence. The challenge for the development of this project came from the ever-increasing percentage (22.82%) of young men and women, aged 15-24, who know the ways of prevention and reject the main misconceptions about HIV transmission, young people who have had more than one sex partner in the last 12 months and have not used a condom. Also, the number of newly registered cases of HIV seropositive persons, aged 15 to 24 years, for the period 2010-2014 was 169 (18%) from the 934 newly registered HIV seropositive people for this period. Through the exchange, the link between social inclusion, communication with other cultures and the acceptance of their differences and healthy lifestyle, as a prerequisite for a more complete existence will be traced. At the same time, information on population prevention and information will be exchanged, in order to keep the low prevalence of infection in the countries, involved in the exchange and reduction of risk behaviors related to HIV. The project will follow the pattern of peaceful and tolerant coexistence between cultures, without any form of violence, stigma and discrimination, that the participants will be able to "transfer" to their cultures. Through online meetings and consultation with the partners, the main needs of the project have been outlined - personal development of young people, building personal and professional relationships, based on respect and honor, awareness of common human and European values, using informal methods, as well and raising their awareness of healthy lifestyles with the prospect of implementing the learned and new trained skills. The specific objectives of the project are: • Raising the awareness of the project participants with regard to the risks of illness and health of young people. • Assisting the target group to tackle social exclusion, stigma and discrimination. • Increasing the capacity and skills of participants to work and support the target group. • Exchange of good practices and sharing of experience from partner countries. • Establishing long-term partnerships for future activities and projects in the field.
