We tackled the topic of the harmony of female and male roles, which stems from good communication and mutual respect, linked by active movement. We supported the active work of the participants in creating their own lives, so that they realize the meaningfulness of the activities, de facto that their lives are in their own hands and therefore it is absolutely essential to choose a partner, work well, to complement it with quality leisure activities and connections with the local community. At the same time, we wanted to separate them from the virtual world and give them a chance for active natural involvement. Our intention was to continually increase the level of mutual relations between young people, to give them the opportunity to experience and do positive things, to lead them to think about the value ladder and the cultural wealth of individuals. nations. It was 100% successful. An important goal was also to support their self-confidence and teach them to think actively and participate in the life of society. From what we have experienced, it follows that this is one of the big tasks, few people today have a good self-esteem. Another goal was also to support a functioning international partnership of organizations supporting the activities of young people, which inspire and complement each other. Among the educational goals were - to teach young people to talk and think about their needs, to lead them to be nice to each other, to talk about the uniqueness of individual gender groups, to improve their mutual relationship, to give them the opportunity to cultivate female and male energy on the example of traditions. We work to break down barriers in general in relationships between people with greater regard for young people who have less confidence in themselves and find themselves on the edge of the group, we would like to contribute to greater tolerance and open up the topic of self-development for young people as a possibility to develop in the future. Specific goals: - Talk about work and leisure activities, teach them to discuss problems, many young people do not know how to express their basic feelings, needs and opinions - To map the situation among the participants, how they are involved in the local community - Open the topic of mutual respect, which is a necessary part of the harmonious harmony of couples - Draw attention to the possibilities of quality communication, show them the possibility of win-win when communication is not conducted in an authoritative manner and its consequences - To prepare dance workshops, where participants will be able to practically try out the activities and at the same time relax and connect - Approach the principles of etiquette, folk traditions and show alternatives of functioning - To shed light on the principles of local community functioning, community planning, to show the possibilities of activities and involvement - Increase the employment of participants in the labor market - Show specific examples and solutions - inspire - Discuss self-development, lead to reflection on the strengths and weaknesses of both sexes, gender differences - female and male circles - To raise a European citizen who is aware of the similarities and differences of other European countries General objectives: - Breaking down barriers of all kinds – communication, personal, language - Increase their social and language competences - To teach them to continuously evaluate their personal progress, to motivate them to purposefully plan their own professional path, to continuously reflect on the meaningfulness of all activities - Caring about the local community, it's where I live, my family and that place is important.
