We wanted to improve participant's intercultural understanding, improve their team-work and communication abilities and expand their cultural horizons. We wanted to give them opportunity to meet different culture and facilitate the good communication practice and cultural tolerance & understanding. Objectives were: 1. Improving team-work and communication abilities of 44 young people from different cultures through the non-formal education until the end of youth exchange. 2. Improving mutual understanding and tolerance of cultural and ethnical diversity of 44 young people until the end of youth exchange.
