Wladyslawa Szafera The main topic of the project Ethic in the communication is to show the path of self education, developement and good relationships, gender ballance. We are going to motivate the participants in their own lifepath, in active and confidential beeing of each day, in active movement and high quality communication through the community. The basement for this are well ballanceded active work and leisure activities. We want support the active deal of each participant working on creation of own life path to see the sense of doing, in fact to understand that they have life in their hands. We will show to the participants the high quality samples of active personalities, whose are working constantly on your own, we create the workshops for living experiences with experienced experts of ethic, psychology and personal developement. The puzzles of project schedule are workshops with experienced lectores about musikotherapy, psychology, ethic and personal liberty, group works with professional couchs about cultivation of personality and about gendre differences. Except project meetings, where will be ongoing educating the future facilitators and young leader, we would provide twice a month ethic club as the platform for dealing of actual needs of youngsters.
The aim was to open up the topic of ethical behavior in the youth community, to create a background for sharing experiences, an environment for the possibility of discussing what everyone experiences in everyday life and gradually building their attitude towards life. We tried to bring lecturers among the youth who can inspire and guide them, during the weekly meetings we went through informal education activities, different types of games, evaluation rules, facilitated discussions. Initially, we wanted to create methodical materials that would help orientate future facilitators, but in the end, thanks to the covid epidemic, we focused on the essentials and that was support in a real form, aychom kept the spirit of the group, for a year we conducted local activities online, in addition to lectures and discussions, we they also included meditations, personal consultations, and after release, walks and creative workshops to re-bond.
We prepared the project to inspire each other and learn to work with the principles of informal education, experiential pedagogy and ethical principles. We needed to raise young leaders, facilitators who could lead group activities and involve them in community events. The idea of local ethics clubs connected the community of all 3 partner organizations, supported the idea of non-conflictual communication and good interpersonal relations and opened up this topic for other activities.
