CARE and Centar E8 target at integrating two national individual youth projects into one transnational youth program.The project aims to achieve transnational exchange on youth work methodologies, always targeting at deprived youths with fewer opportunities. We organize a common workshop for youth trainers from Germany and youth trainers from Serbia. After the workshop the trainers will be capacitated to understand and use the work manuals of each other. Youth trainers become fully capacitated to work with each others material and to understand and reflect on the youth work exercises from the other group. During their common stay in Bonn we encourage Serbian and German youth workers to learn from each other and strive for a more aligned approach in their individual youth work. Furthermore, the project aims to enable the individual youth organizations to search for common grounds and to develop innovative ideas for future collaboration. In follow up of the workshop we integrate an online platform in our transnational work so that methodologies and youth work exercises can be shared and discussion between the two organisations and the two groups of youth workers are enhanced.
