Objectives

In the time, when the Erasmus+ offers us so many good opportunities to work on the issues locally and internationally, we see the quality, transparency and sustainability of youth work as a very important base for this project. By the implementation of such a project, we create a platform for organisations from diverse countries to meet, to exchange, and to find what they have in common and what they do good and to make more high quality activities happen. Another reason we want to carry out this project is to hear details not just about successful projects, but also about failure moments and together to avoid such moments in our future work. Every piece of information, every experience shared and delivered to this project, will be a step forward towards good and effective KA1 and KA2 projects. This project aims to reach the following objectives: - To bring together organizations working with young people from marginalized groups in inclusive projects (Erasmus+ /ESC) to network - To exchange good practices regarding quality project management and sustainability of projects for inclusion and combating discrimination, hate speech and radicalization - To promote the Erasmus+ program and European democratic values in youth work A specific objective of this Partnership Building Activity is: - To exchange and develop ideas for possible KA1 and KA2 projects in the fields of intercultural learning and dialogue, tolerance and promotion of human rights, through innovative and digital non-formal educational methods that foster critical thinking and creativity.
