Theater and performative methods have a great potential for the development and promotion of young people with fewer opportunities. In doing so, they can find themselves and develop their creative potential, personal, social, intercultural and participatory skills. Young people / target groups of the partner organizations are interested in creative methods and theater / performance tools. Against this background they are very interestd in the project participation and co-creation "Time for your performance!". The project "Time for your performance!" aims to involve 20 young people with fewer opportunities (accompanied by 4 team members): Germany, Armenia, Portugal and Russia. It addresses their current problems of: being different, being unemployed, being poor, finding one's self, orientation and possible opportunities, etc., and supporting them with the help of theater and performative methods in the area of personal development, in the determination of perspectives for further education / career paths etc. A second goal set by the project is to initiate a dialogue between European society and young people with fewer opportunities, to pay attention to their problems and to contribute to the sustainable development of the society. With the project "Time for your performance!" partners we set following goals: - Strengthening and developing the social, professional, personal and intercultural competences of young people - raising awareness of youth and societal issues in Europe and partner countries - Strengthening the participation of young people - Making society aware of the current issues and problems of young people
