The project “Youth Participation in a Nutshell - International Partnership Building for Erasmus+” aimed at fostering youth participation and civic engagement of young people in their community life in the Eastern Partnership region and beyond this, in Europe. The following objectives were pursued: Exploring innovative and alternative youth work and youth activities successfully applied by other organisations and stakeholders to foster youth participation Developing needs-based follow up projects and initiatives that foster youth participation and active citizenship at the local level in Europe and the Eastern Partnership region Strengthening cooperation networks and partnerships among youth stakeholders from the EU and EECA region, including cross-sectorial partnerships, fostering youth participation
