Unemployment in young people is a major problem in the EU. As young people entering adult life, finding our first jobs is a challenge that can leave us feeling stressed and overwhelmed and at risk of poverty and mental health problems. Knowing and developing our strengths and skills, as well as our capacity for self-confidence and team work, can boost our chances on the job market. Through implementing our project, we want to help build confidence, teamwork, trust and tolerance among young people from different European countries and very different social and cultural backgrounds. By working together on artistic, creative activities centered on the subjects of employability, the current and future job markets of the EU and innovative and creative thinking, we aim to empower young people in taking charge and shaping the job markets of the future through working together. Furthermore, we want to build lasting international friendships between participants and partner organizations and grow their self-confidence.
