Bullying and violence cases are in different places outside or inside families, in educational system and working places. This is not easy problem which can be solved by one action. Youth workers often has not enough experience to answer the needs to this target group also not many projects are organized for the youth workers to get skills and experiences. It is important more educational programs for youth workers which support to develop their further qualification, get more knowledge. The partner organizations would like to organize 2 Youth Mobility Activities (A1)Training course 05- 12 April, 2020 Germany and (A2) Seminar 1-5 June, 2020 Germany in order to achieve the aims and objective of the project During the first meeting youth workers will develop their personal and professional skills, will be explored new non-formal methods to work on the topic and prepare one day workshop or action to develop in their home country; On the second meeting, participants will be gathered to share their experience from their home activities, work on future cooperation, develop network, concrete steps for combating bullying which promotes quality youth work to this direction, as well as to develop youth workers further competencies for combat bullying and promoting youth workers active participation in local community, in order to straighten youth peaceful behaviours; The project will provide a forum to discuss ways of reintegrating young offenders into society. It will be organized "Anti-Bullying Week" and other coordinated, shared campaigns as a follow up actions which will have positive impact for the countries and society.
