The training course "Visibility for the Youth" was based on the needs of youth workers to build a positive image of youth organizations, building the relationships with their target market and promotion of their activities. Our analyzes and researches together with 8 partner organizations has shown that the programme was not visible and well-published enough (http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=COM:2011:0220:FIN:EN:PDF p.14). We wanted to organize this project in order to improve key competences of youth workers in the field. The mobility of the project has succesfully realized in August 2021. We gathered 27 youth workers (including those with fewer opportunities) from 9 countries (Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Turkey, Greece, Romania, Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary) in Bremen, Germany. The main aim of the training course was to improve youth workers´ key competences and skills in the fields of marketing communication, PR and other promotional methods, which will help their organizations to better promote their activities and projects, to build relationships with their target audiences and stakeholders, to improve image of youth organizations in society and to increase visibility of Erasmus+ programme and it's projects.
