The project aims to give young people the opportunity to improve their aesthetic, communicative and social developing needs and abilities. It should help to enable equal cultural opportunities. By learning artistic forms of expression, young people should be given the opportunity to actively participate in social and cultural life. Education in the fields of politics, history and democracy should be promoted. The project aims at the inclusion of young people with disabilities and young people with migration experience. Young people from different school types should be integrated. Through the international youth encounter, intercultural skills are to be acquired and foreign language skills consolidated. The meeting of young people from 4 European countries is intended to create awareness of diversity and likewise experience of similarities despite cultural differences. Through the growing together and integration process of the participants as a theater group and the joint development of artistic means of expression, social, cultural, physical and linguistic differences should be overcome and the international group should perceive itself as a European theater ensemble.
