Youth Exchange "Word of Power" is aimed towards unlocking the potential of our participants. Great ideas, which are already there may be hindered by self doubt and inexperience. This problem will be tackled by empowering the youth through building their confidence and ability to grab initiative using skills in public speaking and support from the created friends and acquaintances. We will improve the social skills of our participants and raise their awareness in the field of gender inequality, minority inclusion and youth inactivity in social and political sphere. We wish to create discussions and find solutions to these problems, for this is the first step towards solving them
