The international exchange "Towards Emotional Intelligence" will take place in Vihasoo and will give the possibility to 40 young people from 5 different EU countries to join our exciting exchange about learning how to orientate themselves in the world of emotions. Most activities take place in Vihasoo. The participants will discover the city of Tallinn in the frame of educational activities, make activities interacting with local community and stakeholders. The main problem that young people face after graduation and abandoning parental care is the inability to resist and easily adapt to an already working system in adulthood. Relationships need to be built, and many do not know how. From that, the percentage of destroyed marriages in the first years of marriage is more than 50% worldwide. The inability to determine the future direction makes young people rush from one company to another, changing jobs and positions continuously. Ignorance and problems in building communications create an unfavorable climate in the environment and make young people depressed and want to retire, work and live outside of society. The experience of teaching the basics of emotional intelligence in young people shows that participants already understand all their broken schemes, beliefs, mistakes and find a new comfortable and harmonious way of growth and development. In the first month after training, subject to the application of knowledge in practice, they show that relations in families are improving, communication and emotional choices become joyful, the general state and feeling of happiness are growing. During the project, a large number of visual materials on the theme of peace in the world will be created by the participants. This will be a variety of presentations, revealing from one side or another a problem of the modern world order, photographic materials, posters. We will popularize their ideas in an exhibition of photographic materials what will be organized in every partner organization giving the possibility to the partners to valorize their participation, to invite stakeholders on the vernissage, The partners will repeat the flahmob moves we have done in international group with their local team as a closing ot this project waiting for a follow-up.
