The project involved exclusively vulnerable groups and people with fewer opportunities: young people with multiple disabilities and those with economic and social barriers from disadvantaged backgrounds. Most of these children live in isolation, in independent living structures under the supervision of adult specialists and counselors, and with limited social and educational opportunities due to all the problems, physical, mental, and socio-economic problems. We achieved: 1 active action and participation in small educational actions 2 participation in cultural activities in collaboration with local bodies, municipalities, institutions, dance schools, sports clubs, and the University of Ioannina 3 improvement of their emotional and social condition even for a short period of time 4 building personal relationships, developing bonds, social interaction, joy, and emotional improvement 5 cultivation of basic skills, cooking, autonomy, communication, independent movement in the city, development of intercultural relations, use of means of transport and communication 6 crisis management (anger, emotion, different opinions, dialogue) 7 interaction and activation of the local community The themes of our plan were disability, the participation of the disabled, the activation of society, culture and the environment, and intercultural education, and all were improved through small and participatory actions (growing flower beds, sports actions, cultural actions, music and dance, entertainment actions )
