The mobility project/Youth Exchange entitled: “ The harmony of spheres ” of the “Lucky Monday”, a youth group active in the youth field (Greece ) and its partners: "Support for Youth Development Association" (Romania), "Institute of Youth Power» (Croatia) and “Arts and Crafts” (Italy), has the objective: - the improvement of the level of knowledge, skills and competences of young participants with fewer opportunities, including particularly those with special needs, disable and vulnerable people and with migratory and refugee background, as well as - to promote their participation in democratic life in Europe and the labour market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity. In a long term, the project has the objective to increase the participation of young people and of their participating organisations-partners in learning mobility activities, as well as to enhance the capacity and the cooperation of other young people, youth organisations and various stakeholders in the youth field for improving the quality in youth work. Overall, it has the objective to strengthen the links between the needs and interests of the young generation and those of the labour market, as well as the international cooperation in youth activities in order to complement youth policy reforms at local, regional, national and global level and to develop new and innovative polices for youth, based on the knowledge relevant to the young people needs as a result of good practices in the framework of the informal and non-formal learning and the dissemination of these knowledge and practices.
