Objectives

This project was designed in collaboration with the youth group of the Iberian Ecovillage Network and YES sustainability with the intention of bringing training on environmental sustainability to the young through the theater and music, as well as its later diffusion through the representation of the work that we will perform in Valdepiélagos . We would like to explore with young people how to use theater to be agents of change in their localities and find ways to work together and support us as members of the same generation that faces a social and ecological crisis. We consider that ecovillages are offering an alternative to the current way of life and we want to see what opportunities exist in them for young people. The theater is a tool that allows us to bring to society our concerns about change towards environmental sustainability in a playful way. The phases of the project will be; Development of a story taking into account the objectives of the Erasmus program and fostering teamwork, different theatre techniques and scenographies, to later manufacture and finish rehearsing the scenes.
