The main objective is to introduce systematized innovations in the technical activity of the partner organizations (public bodies and social agents) towards young migrants/refugees (in various dimensions such as language, education, community participation, training, labour insertion, housing, etc.) and specifically in the professional practice of the people working with them. Three operational objectives derive from this: - To increase cooperation between public bodies and social intervention agents working with minors and unaccompanied migrant and refugee youth through an agenda of exchanges of youth workers. - To systematise the introduction of improvements through internal reflection (after the visits) using the mechanism of innovation by adoption (NESTA, 2007) and relying on the mentoring of the partner who originally developed the improvement to accelerate the learning curve in the target organization. - To broaden the impact of the project by developing and disseminating information (cases, webinars) to increase the transfer of new knowledge and take it to a systemic level and thus transcend the scope of the consortium (at regional, national and international levels), following the spiral model of social innovation (Murray, Mulgan and Caulier, 2011).
