"Plant a life" has consisted in a project whose mobility activity has been a youth exchange based on the environment, awareness and search for measures against climate change. Topics such as well-being and healthy behaviors focused on the concept of being active, staying away from technologies and getting to know nature have also been addressed. The objectives achieved with the implementation of this project are: o Create awareness about the environment and current problems o Promote a healthier lifestyle and benefit the environment that surrounds us o Learn more about environmental issues and the rule of the three Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle) o Promote positive thinking through the union between body and mind o Know healthy leisure activities taking advantage of the natural means that we have o Promote outdoor sports through traditional intercultural games o Promote reflection and awareness of the population on environmental issues o Increase our self-esteem and self-confidence
