Main Goal: offer an answer from EDUCATION to the unforeseen situation of the increasing arrival of unaccompanied Moroccan youth to Catalonia, in order to guarantee an integral social care that it is necesary to support them properly as a guarantee of the human rights acomplishment. Our answer to this goal: Training and advise the workers of youth and deal with the possible lack of effective resources available to offer an optimal transfer of information and content according to the needs and expectations of newcomers. We are trying to offer to the social entities of the country of origin of the young people a complete program of training, advice and educational alternatives for labor and formation development to the young people who are in a situation of helplessness. The Other Side project includes 5 core aspects that define the action: - Strengthening of youth literacy and oficial and recognized training in their countries of origin. - Work and emotional training in different areas and a realistic diffusion of the Migration. - Attention to the families of the migrant's minors - Health care and nutrition of the migrant child - Sport as a tool for integration and health. These five elements are contemplated as part of an integral attention aimed to promoting the development of young people and their environment in a context of exclusion. From this perspective, the project has a training program aimed at training professionals that are working with children, providing tools to deepen the causes of vulnerability of young people and respond from the 5 aspects described. This training seeks to provide countries that do not have a defined attention figure (the social care educator) with a sample of how this type of specific professional profile is a necessary element for the care of the yougnsters in social exclusion risc. From this way, understanding the diversity of social care profiles in countries such as Morocco, we want to offer and exchange accessible, and a full transferable content that allows maximum effectiveness of resources in both countries. The initiative we present to this ERASMUS + call arises from the second axis of work: Work and emotional training in different fields and explanation of migration in different vital contexts. For a few days, Spanish professionals will carry out the training exchange in two spaces, an Orphanage and a Child / Young Care Center with functional diversity. They will learn and transmit. They will jointly create, based on the experience of years of services by the professional teams of both organizations, and the fruit of such work will be put at the service of those who need it most.
