The project " El Futuro está en la Historia" is a youth initiative that aims to exchange ideas for the future work performance of young people in their regions of origin. Through a youth exchange between young people from Spain and Italy, the following objectives will be pursued: - Promote diversity and intercultural dialogue regarding issues of common interest for the future of the participants. - Promote the Youth Initiative, as well as critical thinking, promoting their own autonomy in social participation. - Raise awareness about social issues that influence the lives of participants. - Discover new cultures, customs and lifestyles through peer learning. - Promote the employment opportunities of young people in regions with important cultural heritage. - Promote measures to support youth development in their localities of origin. - Promote the participation of youth in local awareness actions. - Empower youth by showing them tools for personal and work development. - Encourage the exchange of ideas of employment opportunities regarding heritage. - Boosting the critical attitude through initiatives created by young people - Promote the labor mobility of participants
