Through this activity we managed to resume the European projects in our service, which were stopped during the last decade and thanks to the success of this initiative, new youth exchange projects have been drawn up with the aim of giving more young people the opportunity to live an experience vital. In this activity, the young people of Calvià had to take command and exercise the role of guides during all the dynamic activities and visits. The preparatory work prior to mobility was the one that gave the young people the confidence to be leaders during the day that corresponded to them, in addition to providing the project with higher quality. The objectives of the project have been: - Cooperate and learn to work as a team. - Learn to tolerate and understand different opinions, reaching positive agreements. - Resolve and help resolve conflicts that may arise. - Encourage peer learning. - Discover the realities of other equals who live in a different country. - Improve foreign language skills through practice. - Generate awareness of globalization and in turn of the identity traits that each population maintains. - Create life experiences that help the personal development of the youth participating in the project. - Stimulate interest in art and culture of one's own and of the visiting country. - Learn to transmit knowledge through leadership in dynamics and activities.
