As will be explained in more detail in later stages of the report, due to the covid pandemic this project had to be postponed for a long time and the circumstances of the key people had changed. This is why a major modification was made, and instead of focusing the project 100 %, as initially planned, on the topic of sex education in the youth field, the project has kept the focus on this topic, but has also been opened up to train youth workers in other fields relevant to their activity. The aim was to improve the training of youth workers in order to make their action more effective. Thus, the main objective of the project has been to train participants in a series of skills and competences with direct application in their activity such as: - affective-sexual education in youth and how to prevent conflicts of this kind - non-formal educational methodologies - teamwork tools - learning how to reduce the environmental impact of a youth activity - management and resolution of conflicts between young people Other objectives have been considered, such as the establishment of contacts between organisations and youth workers from different countries, the development of soft skills (public speaking, teamwork, problem solving, leadership skills) or the knowledge of other cultures and the strengthening of cohesion between European people.
