Objectives

The application of the methods and skills used in non-formal education applied to other fields, is developing in a profound way in recent years appearing numerous organs and institutions of reference in this educational field at an international level being a way of teaching that has amply demonstrated its potential and effectiveness. Many institutions follow the line of this principle, innovating and improving their way of teaching, making students more involved and aware of their learning process, and most importantly, giving rise to motivated and predisposed students to learn. Most of the projects based on "the game and the skills and methodologies of non-formal education", have largely focused on the youth sector, leaving aside an "adult" sector that should benefit from its enormous benefits, that they are tools for the multiplication of contents from the ACTIVE approach that pretends and presupposes the non-formal education system. The present social situation in the participating countries, where unemployment has become a problem to fight, where we have to reinvent ourselves to achieve a future work and we have to paint it ourselves. Our sessions will also be based on the use of non-formal skills and their role in employability and training and management of teams and work groups to improve their functioning. The objectives of this TC are: - To know deeply the methodology of learning through the game. - Introduce non-formal methods, resources and skills in all the different areas of our life: Work, leisure, family, etc ... - Exchange non-formal learning methods among members of different nationalities and cultures. -Discover specific tools for work with teams of children, youth, adults and above all, its practical application. - Show participants the method of "play" in non-formal education where they become part of the process of "Learning by playing" and then introduce this methodology and tools into formal education learning and in their respective work centers . - Provide the participants and their entities with the skills and resources of non-formal education so that they can apply it to their different areas of action, be it as an individual or as an associative resource in their activities. - Involve the participants to be part of the self-assessment through the game process and with the help of the Youthpass competences (also using this certificate as an instrument). - Encourage the process of creating ideas (creativity), planning (planning / organization), action (execution of projects), reflection and improvement (evaluation of results and future projection). We will carry out this TC in Villablanca with 10 countries: Cr, Uk, Nl, It, Es, Pt, Hu, Bg, Po and Sk where 30 participants will develop learning based on non-formal education. Youth workers with social concerns to improve learning systems in adults, supporting and guiding them in the achievement of their professional, social and personal, empathic, and solidarity goals, increasing their ability to work as a team and using their personal experiences to add to the general group. Our working methods in all these activities will be based on a bidirectional education through which knowledge, values, customs and ways of acting are transmitted, always using the Game as a motivating element of learning as the main tool. In the activities carried out, non-formal education plays a key role through tools such as: Group Dynamics, lectures, lectures, Simulation Games / Workshops, cultural games and icebreakers, Round Tables, Exhibitions, Dynamics, Meetings, cultural visits, cultural nights of each country, activities of animation and other proposals of future work in network, etc. We will carry out a deep introduction of the Training and the topics that we will discuss, as well as presenting and clarifying doubts about the ERASMUS + program and its characteristics. At the end of the training, the participants: • Will be able to assess the ability of the game to learn and develop new skills and internalize new knowledge. • They will have a positive attitude and motivation before the game learning and team dynamics. • They will increase their confidence in their own possibilities, trusting in their potential to develop new educational games with which to continue training society in the field they consider relevant. • They will have understood the importance of the game in the motivation of Human Teams, especially in the business world. Both partner organizations and organizers, participants and communities of origin are direct beneficiaries of the results.
