Silla City Council, concerned about the situation of risk of exclusion of many unemployed young people who dropped-out from formal education, has decided to explore and learn from the experience of a French entity that has several interesting programs in relation to the empowerment of these groups of young people. It is Viramonde, with which we already have some previous project experience and that in this case has prepared a program that will allow us to observe and learn both good practices from public administration and private initiative (foundations and associations). The Spanish participants will travel to France during 3 intense days of activities, visits and interviews to return full of ideas, motivation and inspiration.
