By carrying out this project we intend to promote an entrepreneurial spirit among the young adults and help them find greater confidence in their abilities to carry out their initiatives. I.D.E.A aims to help young people develop skills such as marketing, pitching, negotiation, teamwork or leadership. In addition, we want young people to inform themselves and get in touch with local entrepreneurs, thus giving them the chance to get inspired by other people in their own community or even finding possible future collaborations. This opportunity will not be limited to young people participating in the youth exchange, but the rest of the young people in the local communities involved will also benefit from the dissemination activities carried out later. In addition, by establishing connections between organizations and young people from different countries, we intend for an exchange of best case practices, ideas and methods which will result in enrichment of all participating parties.
