The aim of the project is to provide better access to labour rights for young people representing the most disadvantaged groups of societies in 12 European countries by increasing the skills level of youth NGO staff in the fields of economic literacy and establishing partnerships with different stakeholders in the adaptation of young people to adult life. The objectives of the project are: - To explore the potential of good practices and methods to transform the skills acquired by young people in the non-formal education process into the needs of the labour market and the realities of today's Europe. - Develop approaches to improve the interrelationships between the non-formal education sector and other stakeholders involved in the social adaptation of disadvantaged young people. - Create a strategy of common efforts by youth organisations in 12 European countries to improve the application of non-formal education competences to the social integration of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The reason why the consortium of organisations is applying for this project is the need to improve their capacity to play an important role in young people's lives and to provide more relevant services for the target group, which is the need to be welcomed into the qualified labour market and at the same time realise the potential and dreams. All organisations have experience in the successful labour adaptation of young people based on the competences acquired in the non-formal education process and would be happy to unite the experience in a labour market integration system for disadvantaged and marginalised young people.
