The rural entrepreneurship project for young people is focused on the achievement of helping people with fewer social opportunities, so that the participants can be sensitized to the reflection on cultural diversity by promoting social inclusion, through workshops and practical dynamics for the development of personal skills and generate a future socio-labor insertion finding new opportunities in the rural sector for the development of the community, the country and Europe. The objectives of the project are as follows: - Foster dialogue and reflection on issues related to cooperation, integration, solidarity for people with fewer opportunities to promote social inclusion, reduce marginalization in cultural diversity and social inequality. - Strengthen the competences and personal skills of the participants such as leadership, negotiation, assertive communication and teamwork with practical dynamics with expert mentors to improve their employability in the entrepreneurship market. - Collaborate with society in motivating youth participation in a rural sector that needs to potentiate their entrepreneurial processes and greater dissemination for sustainable development, cultural continuity of natural heritage and environmental protection. - Encourage the exploration of new entrepreneurial opportunities in the rural sector, through visits to companies, coworking in the rural sector, sharing experiences with entrepreneurs, encouraging dialogue, generating creative and innovative ideas. - Promote integration and share ideas with the beneficiaries of the Associations of the countries (Spain and Italy), to carry out similar future projects collaborating with society on social inclusion, cultural diversity, equal rights and sustainable development rural, being a reference of the participant in your locality.
