The Vinjoy Foundation has been working in recent years to strengthen networks and agreements of collaboration at State and European level with other organizations in the socio-educational field that allows us to work together in present and future actions. Our entity has developed since 2015 Erasmus + projects, within the framework of its Key Action 1 (Mobility for young people and professionals) and Key Action 3 (Actions to Support Reforms Policies, we are also accredited as an entity for sending, receiving and coordinating Projects of European Volunteering, prioritizing the mobility of volunteers with fewer opportunities – young people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health problems, young people with disabilities auditory and young people in a situation of risk and/or social conflict. The objectives of the mobility carried out within the framework of this project - directly linked to those proposed in the Erasmus + Program - are the following: - Know, through observation, different tools, methodologies, experiences, social and educational structures and projects that can be transferred to the whole of the educational and social community that makes up our entity. - Advance in the process of internationalization and modernization of the Entity that makes it possible to offer to all the students and the rest of the educational and social community that lives in the entity with an incipient network of partners and entities with which relationships of collaboration in the training and educational field, carrying out internships in another country of the Union European and volunteering. Strengthens personal and institutional skills to work, collaborate and compete in a international environment by the professionals of the entities involved. - Acquisition and comparison of new knowledge, skills and abilities that allow better personal and professional development, which result in the development and strengthening of institutions involved; linguistic and multicultural skills, as well as professionals who facilitate insertion in the international labor market -. - Establish stable collaboration alliances between the entities involved in mobility through through other networks and projects linked to the Erasmus + Program, thus contributing to the internationalization of institutions. - Analyze the situation of the labor market and the potential that exists in other countries in relation with the professional profiles trained at the Vinjoy Foundation. - Export knowledge and experiences of Socio-educational Intervention Projects, Training and Research related to the areas of intervention of the entities involved.
